Imagine the scene…

It’s also extremely rare that firms have the courtesy to reject their applications, which is the most common complaint that our candidates let us know about.’ He goes on to say ‘it’s all very well and good adding people onto your database, but with no after care how can recruiters be certain they are still actively looking for jobs, and even if the perfect role for them became available, finding that candidate again would be like looking for a needle in a haystack; it’s both misleading to candidates and clients.
