Michael Page International Selects Recruitment System For Global Roll-Out

Recruitment organization Michael Page International has selected the Adapt Recruitment system from recruitment software solutions provider Bond International Software in a multi-million pound contract. The Adapt Recruitment solution will be implemented globally across Michael Page’s business and will form the basis of its front-end recruitment systems which over 4,000 recruitment consultants use to do business on a daily basis. Adapt Recruitment is fully platform and database independent, scaleable and configurable, with comprehensive self-service features; it has multi-lingual capabilities, allowing any number of languages to be embedded within one database. Andrew Wayland, CIO of Michael Page, said: “Bond International Software has a significant reputation in the recruitment market but we needed to be sure that Adapt Recruitment was the right solution for our business and our individual requirements. It was also imperative that the system could support our operations across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas, therefore we needed a solution that could support a very broad array of languages and countries. Bond has clearly demonstrated that its geographic spread and extensive experience in international roll-outs will enable it to deliver across all of our offices.” In addition to the implementation of the system, Bond International will provide global support and training services. Korn/Ferry International Expands Global Technology Market

Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International has added Adam Charlson and Scott Miner as members of the firm’s global technology market. Mr. Charlson joins Korn/Ferry’s Silicon Valley office as a senior client partner from Spencer Stuart, where he was based in Northern California and served as a partner in that firm’s software and enterprise technologies/services practices. At Spencer Stuart, he served clients in sales, marketing and professional services related positions at the executive management and board level. Mr. Charlson started in the search business at Chicago-based Chestnut Hill International while he was still in college before moving on to LAI Ward Howell. Mr. Miner joins Korn/Ferry’s Reston office as a client partner from Aegis Consulting, where he was based in New York and served as a director for business development activities. At Aegis, Mr. Miner led business development activities to acquire new clients in the IT professional services, outsourcing industries, and corporate markets.
