Executive search firm DHR International has placed Kenneth Portera as chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Law Debenture Trust Company of New York. John Tarbell and Lars Noble, executive vice presidents and managing directors in DHR’s New York office, led the search. Mr. Portera joins Law Debenture Trust Company from Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation (USA) where he was senior vice president and controller, accounting and administration, a position he held for 20 years. Law Debenture Trust Company of New York was chartered by the New York State Department of Banking in 2002, and is successor trustee for over $10 billion in corporate bonds, and indenture trustee to over $100 billion in new issuance. DHR International was founded in 1989 and recruits senior-level management for a broad range of industries and functions.

Practice respectively.



Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Rahul was working with Korn/Ferry
International’s New Delhi office and supported the firms’ Industrial
markets. He has managed a number of assignments for Automotive
Manufacturing, Power & Energy and Capital Equipments sector.



In his earlier roles, Rahul delivered on consulting, staffing and
corporate services roles, along with the opportunity to work with
different market segments and sectors. It has given him excellent
perspective to consult clients in the process of setting up nascent
operations in new geographies or expanding operations in India.



Sangeeta was until recently the group CEO of the Kochhar Group. For the
last six years she has devoted herself to executive searches. Sangeeta
incorporated an executive search
entity in August 2007 within the Kochhar group and with a small team
was able to build revenues to break even and record profits at the end
of a seven-month period.



Though her forte has been Engineering and Consumer/ Retail, she has
worked across sectors on various searches. She has conducted many cross
border searches for some of the big international majors. She has also
advised, consulted and conducted many ‘strategy sessions’ for
organisations in field of corporate and business strategies and goals.
Sangeeta is based out of New Delhi and has interest in literature,
reading and music.

Kaye/Bassman Completes Search For Harvard's Brigham & Women's Hospital

Plano, TX-based executive search firm Kaye/Bassman International has recruited Srinivasan Mukundan, PhD, MD as section head of neuro-radiology at Harvard's Brigham & Women's Hospital.
