At the Annual General Meeting of Dillistone recently held, Mike Love, Chairman of Dillistone, made the following trading statement: "The directors of Dillistone ("Directors" or "Board") are pleased to report that the Company has enjoyed an excellent start to the year, with incoming orders in the first four months being more than double the level achieved in the equivalent period of last year. While the market remains somewhat patchy, and prudently we should anticipate that some periods will be stronger than others, this positive start nevertheless gives the Board reason to believe that non-recurring revenues are likely to be higher in 2010 than in 2009. As stated in our 2009 results, recurring revenue was the highest it had ever been in 2009 and we currently expect 2010 to exceed this level.”
"Dillistone remains debt free. Our ongoing investment in product development expenditure on FILEFINDER underlines Dillistone's commitment to maintaining a market leading position and makes the Board confident about the long term performance of the business. Given the Company's strong balance sheet, and subject to continued satisfactory trading, it is the Directors intention to maintain dividend payments in 2010 at 2009 levels," he stated.

Dillistone Welcomes Giles Robin Fearnley As Non-Executive Director

(London – Juney 7, 2010) Dillistone Group Plc, the parent company of Dillistone Systems and the AIM quoted supplier of executive recruitment software, is pleased to announce that Giles Robin Fearnley will join Dillistone’s Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director with effect from June 1, 2010.
Giles has 35 years' experience in the passenger transport industry. Having been one of the founders of Prism Rail PLC he then led that group as chief executive from its formation through to its sale to National Express PLC in 2000. Giles additionally served as chairman of ATOC in 1999 and 2000. Giles led a management buy-out of Blazefield Holdings in 1991, encompassing a portfolio of bus businesses across Yorkshire and Lancashire. Having sold the group to Transdev plc in early 2006, he stayed on as its chief executive for a further two years. Giles was President of the Confederation of Passenger Transport (UK) in 2008 and in April 2009 was appointed its first Non-Executive Chairman.

Garnes, who was selected for his industry expertise, will be speaking to the PGA TOUR interns about the current sports industry employment landscape, job hunting in the sports industry during hard times, internship options and careers in sports, and how they can enhance their employment opportunities.

UK Job Site CVSearch.co.uk Extends Free Job Listings For All Recruiters
This month, www.cvsearch.co.uk has announced that they are extending their free job listing trail throughout May & June 2010!
CVSearch.co.uk was built with the aim to make the recruitment process as simple and easy as possible for recruiters, in partnership with its jobseeker portal www.cvdatabase.co.uk.
Since its launch, the site has attracted over 300 recruitment companies, listing over 1000 jobs. Managing Director Sam Rawson said “We’ve had a great response to the launch, with so many recruiters signing up and listing their vacancies, it’s given us a great base to attract jobseekers onto the site.”
From the middle of May www.cvdatabase.co.uk - the job seeking side of the site will be continuing a large marketing campaign.
